Cylindrical roller bearing
Cylindrical roller and raceway are line contact bearings. Large load capacity, mainly bearing radial load. Applications: large and medium-sized motors, locomotives and rolling stock, machine tool spindles, internal combustion engines, generators, gas turbines, reduction boxes, rolling mills, vibrating screens, hoisting and transportation machinery, etc.
Insulated bearings support all forms of cylindrical roller bearings, including N, Nu, NJ, NF, etc. The insulation layer is divided into outer ring insulation and inner ring insulation. The insulation form is selected according to the size of the motor and the size of the bearing model. Cylindrical roller bearings with outer ring insulation and inner diameter less than 120 mm are recommended for medium-sized motors, which are suitable for all types of bearing pedestals. Since the smaller surface area of insulating coating can provide higher impedance, the bearing with electric insulating coating on the inner surface of inner ring has stronger electric corrosion resistance. It is recommended that the inner insulating cylindrical roller bearing with inner diameter greater than 120 mm be used for large motors. In addition, the minimum inner diameter of inner insulated cylindrical roller bearing shall be greater than 70 mm.
Sat series electrically insulated bearings are divided into ordinary models and special models according to insulation grade and insulation method. The ordinary models are sat-10, sat-10n and sat-20, and the special models are sat-10t and sat-05.
