Introduction
The composition of LF238E nickel clad graphite powder is 75Ni 25C. The high graphite composition makes the filler have stronger EMI/RFI reflex function. The shielding capability of nickel graphite is comparable to silver-plated material at a fraction of cost.
In nickel clad graphite powder series, LF238E is a powder with high Nickel content but lower density than 95Ni 5C. It is commonly used for flange application. When flange has coating, this powder in polygon shape can be bonded closely with it. The angular particle shape produces coatings bonding closely with coated flange.
