60Ni/40C nickel coated graphite powder LF239E

Introduction

LF239E is a nickel clad graphite powder with high graphite content. Low true density of particles make it lighter compared with other products. LF239E offers shielding effectiveness of silver-clad fillers at a fraction of the cost, providing large space for cost reduction.

LF239F is optimized for use in extruded, molded or sheet gasket applications. It excels in applications where coated flanges are used for its good shielding effectiveness and light weight. The angular particle shape gives gasket material the “bite” need to ensure optimal electrical contact.

LF239E has three different particle distributions for customers’ choice.

Note: Composition (Ni60~95; C5~40) and particle size (10um~150um) are adjustable upon request.

Packaging

The product is put in plastic barrel for inner packing and cartons for outer packing
